coswheelebike-de.com is aimed at customers in Germany. Shipping within Germany is free.
COSWHEEL has a European warehouse in Poland. The following models are currently available there: GT20 25Ah, CT20 25Ah, CT20S 27.5Ah, GT20 PRO 40Ah, R19 40Ah and R6000 30Ah.

Note:
Models not available in the Polish warehouse can only be shipped from our warehouse in China.
Processing time:
Typically, it takes 1–2 working days to process your order after payment is received. Please note that local shipping service providers may occasionally experience slight delays in updating tracking information. Orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays.
If your order is shipped from China, the processing time is approximately 10 working days. Once your order has arrived in Europe from China, we will arrange further transport to your address within 10 working days.

Shipping of accessories
All accessories are shipped from China and usually reach the delivery address within approx. 15 working days.
However, due to the size of tires and battery parts, the delivery time for these items can be approx. 20–35 working days. Thank you for your understanding.
