Payment methods and payment fees
On coswheelebike-de.com, we offer various secure payment methods, including PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer, and Klarna.
1. PayPal
You can pay for your order conveniently and securely via PayPal.
Note:
Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can select PayPal as your payment method at checkout and then complete the payment using a debit card or credit card.
2. Credit Card
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, American Express, and other supported card providers.
The payment processing fee for credit card payments is 3% per transaction plus 0.30 Euros per transaction.
This fee is fully covered by COSWHEEL. There are no additional processing fees for customers.
3. Klarna Installment Payment
For customers who already have a Klarna account, Klarna can be used as a payment method. Depending on the country, availability, and Klarna's assessment, various payment options are available, including instant payment, pay later, installment payment, and payment in 3 or 4 installments.
In Germany, Klarna typically offers two types of installment payment models:
1). Pay in 3 interest-free installments
This option is particularly suitable for smaller purchases. The total amount is divided into 3 partial payments, usually due every 30 days. In many cases, this payment method is interest-free. The first payment is usually collected after the order has been shipped or after a certain period.
2). Classic Klarna installment purchase
The Klarna installment purchase is particularly suitable for medium to higher order amounts. Depending on availability, payment can be made over a period of 6 to 36 months. Customers can usually choose between fixed monthly installments or flexible repayments.
Please note that interest may apply to classic installment purchases. The exact conditions, interest rates, and monthly installments are displayed and confirmed directly by Klarna. The effective annual interest rates are often in the range of approximately 10% to 14%, depending on the offer and credit assessment.
Monthly payments are usually automatically debited from the linked bank card or connected bank account. All Klarna installment purchases can be easily managed in the Klarna app.
This fee is fully covered by COSWHEEL. There are no additional processing fees for customers.
4. Google Pay and Apple Pay
Google Pay and Apple Pay are available at checkout, provided these payment methods are supported by your device, browser, and linked card.
These payment methods enable fast and secure payment using the payment information stored in the respective wallet.
Payment Steps
Step 1:
Select your preferred payment method at checkout, for example, PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Klarna.
If you wish to use Klarna, select Klarna at checkout and enter the required information. Klarna will then check in real-time which payment options are available to you.
Step 2:
Follow the instructions of the respective payment provider, enter the required payment or account details, and complete the payment.
