Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration to the email address service.de@coswheel.com.
You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has been received by us.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We will complete the entire refund process as soon as we receive the returned items.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods to the address provided by us no later than fourteen days after the date on which you informed us of the termination of the contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
Please contact our customer service before returning the item to receive the correct return address and further return information.
Please do not return products without prior contact.
Diminution in Value of Goods
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
For electric bicycles, this means, in particular, that a brief inspection, similar to an inspection in a retail store, is permitted.
Use of the bicycle beyond a normal inspection may lead to a reduction in value.
Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
